Terms and Conditions of our online store and events.


 

EVENTS: By using our online service to prepay for event admission you agree to the following

  • Registration/ Check in: Players who prepay/reserve/register must still arrive at the event in time to check in, fill out registration slips ( paper or electronic ) , hand in deck lists if needed and any other usual pre event processes such as deck checks etc. This means by the end of the published registration/ check in time.

  • Late arrival: Players who arrive after the event posted registration/ check in time are late to the event. Players who are late and have preregistered/ prepaid / reserved, may lose their right to a space in any event that has limited attendance due to product, space or time limits on the event. ( see refund policy below )
    • Late players for constructed ( standard, extended or unlimited ) events will be issued a first round loss and entered into round two. No players will be added to an event after the second round has been paired. 
    • Late players for sealed ( prerelease etc.) events will be issued a first round loss and entered into round two. Players will have only the time it takes for the first round to complete to build their deck for a prerelease.  No players will be added to an event after the second round has been paired. Players late to a prerelease and not receiving a refund will not receive and product. We are not allowed to sell product until after its release date.  
    • Players not in attendance for when a Draft  starts will not be allowed in the event. 

  • Event Capacity: Some events may have limited seating capacity due to facility space limits, facility time limits and in the case of prerelease events product limitations. 

  • Personal responsibility: All players are responsible for their own personal belongings. Our staff and the facility staff can not be responsible for your possessions. All players must respect and abide by the rules of any venue we run our event in. That includes, but is not limited to things such as smoking, food/ drink and selling of cards and supplies. Players are responsible to know and abide by the official Pokemon Tournament rules and guidelines. Players need to respect all other participants. The event staff and venue staff reserve the right to remove and/ or ban any person from events or facility. 

  • Refunds:
    • No refunds if you do not finish an event.
    • No refunds for constructed events. ( no promotional items issued )
    • Pre-releases and Constructed.events. Players who pre-pay for a prerelease event will not receive a refund unless it sells out and another paying participant takes their space. If the players space is able to be filled at a prerelease a partial refund ($20) will be issued by check within 2 weeks of the event. Refund issued only to players who submit their mailing address at the event. ( no promotional items issued ) Refunds will not be issued to second parties. 
    • In case of cancelled events players will receive refunds of the cash price of the event only. 
      ( sorry, credit card service fees can not be refunded )

  • Prizes: Prizes will only be issued to participants who finish events. Prerelease players must complete the event to receive the "prize packs" .   Players are responsible to pick up their prizes at the end of the event.  We are not responsible to ship, hold and/ or deliver prizes not claimed at the event.

 


 

 

CARDS: 

  • Individual cards: Our cards are all in playable condition or better. They are sold AS IS. No refunds or exchanges.
  • Grab BagsOur cards are all in playable condition or better. They are sold AS IS. No refunds or exchanges.
  • New/ Unopened: No refunds or exchanges

 


 

Collectables and Misc. Merchandise: All items sold As is and no refunds or exchanges.

 


 

SAFETY NOTICE:   Many items used in gaming and collecting are and/or contain small pieces not intended for small children. Some may pose a choking hazard. Keep small items away from small children.
